摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在复用诊疗器械可追溯管理中的应用效果,确保各工作环节的操作规范性,保证无菌物品的质量。方法2019年8月—2019年10月,采用PDCA循环法建立复用诊疗器械可追溯管理系统,进行人员培训,在系统中记录回收、清洗消毒、检查包装、灭菌、审核和发放等过程的操作人、操作方法、使用设备及程序和检查质量等信息,针对实施过程中出现的问题进行改进,不断完善可追溯管理系统。结果观察组医疗器械灭菌合格率(100%)优于对照组(91.11%)(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环应用于复用器械可追溯管理中,有效促进了可追溯管理工作的实施,确保了各工作环节的操作规范性,最终保证了无菌物品的质量。Objective To explore the application effect of the PDCA cycle method in the traceability management of multiplexed diagnosis and treatment equipment,to ensure the standardization of operations in each work link,and to ensure the quality of sterile materials.Methods From August to October 2019,the PDCA cycle method was used to establish a traceable management system for multiplexed medical devices,personnel training was conducted,and operators in the system recorded the processes of recycling,cleaning and disinfection,inspection and packaging,sterilization,review and distribution,operating methods,equipment and procedures,inspection quality and other information,to improve the problems arising from the implementation process,and constantly improve the traceability management system.Results The qualified rate of medical device sterilization in the observation group was 100%,better than that in the control group(91.11%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle is used in the traceability management of multiplexed devices,which effectively promotes the implementation of traceability management,ensures the operation of each work link,and ultimately guarantees the quality of sterile items.
