针对性急救护理用于小儿高热惊厥患儿护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析针对性急救护理用于小儿高热惊厥患儿护理中的效果。方法研究选取医院2018年3月—2019年5月123例医院收治的小儿高热惊厥患儿,同时通过随机分组的方法分为观察组(61例)和对照组(62例)。对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿采取针对性急救护理干预。观察两组患儿临床症状缓解时间和护理2天后体温差异。结果观察组患儿在惊厥消失时间、退热时间、护理2天后体温等方面均明显优于对照组,其数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性急救护理在小儿高热惊厥中具有较好的应用效果,有助于缓解患儿的临床症状,改善患儿的体温。Objective To analyze the effect of targeted emergency nursing on the nursing of children with febrile seizures.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019,children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group(61 cases)and control group(62 cases)by randomization.The children in the control group received routine care,and the children in the observation group received targeted emergency care intervention.The clinical symptom relief time and the difference in body temperature after 2 days of nursing were observed.Results The children in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in the time of convulsion disappearance,fever time,and body temperature after 2 days of nursing.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing has a good application effect in children with febrile seizures,which can help alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and improve the body temperature of children.
