水电工程移民安置方式创新研究及未来工作展望

摘　　要：移民安置方式的选择是水电工程建设征地移民安置关键工作之一。其不仅关系到移民安置效果,而且关系到水电工程的建设进度。为响应我国在新时期创新、协调、共享等发展理念的提出以及国家法规政策要求,研究分析了我国水电工程未来征地及安置方式发展趋势,并从建立移民安置方式体系,做好移民安置方式选择规划,完善移民安置方式具体政策等方面提出了对策建议及工作展望。The selection and determination of resettlement methods is one of the key tasks of land acquisition and resettlement for the construction of hydropower projects,which is not only related to the effect of resettlement,but also to the construction progress of hydropower projects.In response to the development ideas of innovation,coordination and sharing in the new era,and the requirements of national regulations and policies,the future trends of land acquisition and resettlement methods for China’s hydropower project development are analyzed.In terms of the establishment of resettlement method system,the selection and planning of resettlement methods,and the improvement of specific policies for resettlement methods,some countermeasures,suggestions and work prospects are put forward.
