摘  要:营养液浓度直接影响着水培蔬菜的产量与品质。本试验研究不同浓度的营养液处理对水芹生长品质和产量的影响,以筛选适宜温室水培水芹生长的营养液浓度。结果表明:随着营养液浓度的增加,水芹生物量、叶绿素含量、光合参数、总黄酮、VC、可溶性蛋白含量等指标呈现先升高后降低的趋势,其中1.5倍营养液浓度处理表现最佳,能够提高水芹整体品质与产量。Concentration of nutrient solution directly affects the yield and quality of hydroponics vegetables.This experiment studied the effects of different concentrations of nutrient solution on the growth quality and yield of water celery,so as to screen out suitable nutrient solution concentration for the growth of water celery in greenhouse.The results showed that the water celery biomass,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,total flavonoids,VC,soluble protein content,etc.indexes firstly increased and then decreased along with the increase of nutrient solution concentration.Thereinto,1.5 times concentration of nutrient solution was the best,which can improve the overall quality and yield of water celery.
