长海县渔业现状、问题及可持续发展对策

摘　　要：长海县是我国渔业大县之一,海洋生物资源丰富,海水增养殖业是其支柱产业。近年来,该县渔业发展遇到了一些问题和困难。基于渔业资源调查和对涉渔企业、渔民等开展的调研活动,了解到该县海域的渔业资源丰度及生物多样性仍处于较高的水平,当前存在的主要问题是养殖规模过大、养殖结构不合理和缺乏现代化龙头企业,提出了科学做好养殖规划、加大科技支撑力度、加快海洋牧场建设、大力发展现代休闲渔业和组建现代化大型企业等可持续发展的对策与建议。Changhai County,a famous fishery county in China,is rich in marine fisheries resources,and the primary industry in Changhai is seawater breeding.However,there have been some problems and difficulties in the development of fishery industry in recent years.Based on the investigation of fishery resources and deep research of fishing enterprises and fishermen of the county,the paper found that the abundance and species diversity of fishery resources was at a high level,and the main problems were too large scale of fishery cultivation,the unreasonable structure of aquaculture and lack of leading enterprises.The countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development are put forward such as scientific planning,strengthening scientific and technological support,accelerating the construction of marine pastures,developing recreational fishery vigorously,and establishing large-scale modern enterprises.
