摘　　要：大面积混凝土地坪的平整度、裂缝等质量问题直接影响现代工业厂房的使用而备受关注。采用“梳齿形”断面构造技术和棋盘式“跳仓法”施工技术,合理设置主伸缩缝和次伸缩缝,有效解决大面积混凝土地坪的裂缝问题;采用分层分级测量控制技术,精细化地控制混凝土摊铺、整平和抹光,有效控制大面积地坪的平整度问题。苏州博众科技厂房项目应用该施工技术获得良好效果,可供类似工程借鉴。The quality problems of large area concrete floor,such as flatness,cracks and so on,directly affect the use of modern industrial plant.The main expansion joint and the secondary expansion joint are reasonably set by using the“comb-shaped”cross-section construction technology and the checkerboard“skip-bin method”construction technology to effectively solve the crack problem of large-area concrete floor,fine control of concrete spreading,leveling and polishing,effective control of large areas of the flatness of the ground.The application of this construction technology in Suzhou Bozhong Science and Technology Workshop Project has resulted in good results,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
