摘　　要：目的探讨梨杷止咳合剂的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、供试品组、阳性药对照组,各6只。通过25%氨水诱发小鼠咳嗽模型,以咳嗽潜伏期时间和咳嗽次数为指标,观察梨杷止咳合剂的止咳作用;通过小鼠酚红排泌祛痰试验,测定气管浸出液分光光度值,以酚红排泌量为指标,观察祛痰作用;喷入0.1%磷酸组胺和2%氯化乙酰胆碱诱发小鼠哮喘,建立哮喘模型,以6 min内引喘潜伏期为指标,观察平喘作用。结果与空白对照组比较,梨杷止咳合剂能显著减少氨水所致小鼠咳嗽次数(P <0.05),延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期时间(P <0.05),可显著增加小鼠酚红排泌量(P <0.05),延长磷酸组胺和氯化乙酰胆碱致小鼠哮喘发作的潜伏期时间(P <0.05)。结论梨杷止咳合剂具有较好的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。Objective To investigate the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of Lipa Zhike Mixture.Methods The mice were randomly divided into the blank control group,drug administration group and positive control group,6 cases in each group.The mice cough models were induced by 25%ammonia,and the incubation period and cough frequency were taken as the indexes to observe the antitussive effect of Lipa Zhike Mixture.The expectorant test of phenol red excretion in the trachea of mice was used to measure the spectrophotometric value of tracheal leaching solution,and the phenol red excretion was taken as the index to observe the expectorant effect of Lipa Zhike Mixture.Mice asthmatic models were induced by injection of 0.1%histamine phosphate and 2%acetylcholine chloride.The asthmatic effect of Lipa Zhike Mixture was observed with the incubation period of asthma within 6 min as the index.Results Compared with the blank control group,Lipa Zhike Mixture could significantly reduce the times of cough induced by ammonia(P<0.05),prolong the incubation period of cough induced by ammonia(P<0.05),significantly increase the phenol red excretion in mice(P<0.05),and significantly prolong the incubation period of asthma induced by histamine phosphate and acetylcholine chloride(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipa Zhike Mixture has good antitussive,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effects.
