摘　　要：目的建立石榴皮药材的快速、多信息薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别,分别以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-浓氨试液(5∶3∶0.5,V/V/V)、三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨试液(8∶2∶4∶0.5,V/V/V/V)和三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨试液(1∶2∶4∶0.5,V/V/V/V)为梯度展开剂,通过紫外光灯(365 nm)、日光和透过灯光检视石榴皮的信息斑点。结果共检出脂溶性、中极性和水溶性成分斑点17个。结论该方法简便、快捷、实用,可多指标、快速鉴别石榴皮药材的真伪,控制质量。Objective To establish a rapid and multi-information thin layer chromatography(TLC)method for the identification of Granati Pericarpium.Methods TLC method was used for qualitative identification.Spots of Granati Pericarpium were viewed under UV(365 nm),the daylight and the lights respectively with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-strong ammonia solution(5∶3∶0.5,V/V/V),trichloromethane-ethyl acetate-methanol-strong ammonia solution(8∶2∶4∶0.5,V/V/V/V),trichloromethane-ethyl acetate-methanol-strong ammonia solution(1∶2∶4∶0.5,V/V/V/V)were taken as gradient developer solution respectively.Results A total of 17 component spots of the liposolubility,intermediate polar and water-soluble from Granati Pericarpium were detected.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and practical,which can be used to identify the authenticity of Granati Pericarpium rapidly with multiple indexes and control its quality.
