摘　　要：目的建立同时测定安神补脑胶囊中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷和淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Shimadzu Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B)梯度洗脱(0~11 min时20%A,11~12 min时20%A^36%A,12~24 min时36%A,24~25 min时36%A^20%A,25~30 min时20%A),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为350 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为10μL。结果 2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷和淫羊藿苷质量浓度分别在16.79~251.84μg/mL(r=1.000 0)和4.98~74.52μg/m L(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为97.95%和98.75%,RSD分别为1.48%和1.83%(n=9)。结论该方法可用于安神补脑胶囊中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷和淫羊藿苷的含量测定。市售不同厂家的产品中两者含量差异较大,提升质量标准对其质量控制很有必要。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D glucoside and icariin in Anshen Bunao Capsules.Methods The chromatographic column was Shimadzu Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-water(B)with gradient elution(0-11 min 20%A,11-12 min 20%A-36%A,12-24 min 36%A,24-25 min 36%A-20%A,25-30 min 20%A),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 350 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the sample volume was 10μL.Results The 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D glucoside and icariin showed good linear relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 16.79-251.84μg/mL(r=1.0000),4.98-74.52μg/mL(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries were97.95%and 98.75%,the RSDs were 1.48%and 1.83%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method can be used for the content determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D glucoside and icariin in Anshen Bunao Capsules.The contents of the two components in the products from different manufacturers are quite different,so it is necessary to improve the quality standards for their quality control.
