摘　　要："120"急救属于公共卫生应急体系,同时也是社会保障体系的重要组成部分,承担着本地区日常急危重症患者的紧急救治和突发公共卫生事件的应急救援任务。文章构建了融入智慧城市的"120"智慧急救体系,通过借助"互联网+"跨界创新的思维和信息技术的支撑,以应急医疗云数据为核心,以物联网、数据传输交换为技术,促进智慧急救与智慧城市中不同部门、不同层次之间的信息共享、交流、整合与应用,通过构建一套集突发事件监测预警、智能决策与指挥调度、智能优化路径、远程医疗信息传输、远程专家指导及分级能力救治为一体的智慧急救系统,以提供更高效、便捷的应急救治医疗服务,提供更公平、合理的应急救治医疗资源供给,提供更安全、低失误的医疗保障,实现高度智能化的卫生应急指挥、决策与监管,实现维护常州市社会稳定、经济发展及地区安全重要作用。"120"belongs to public health emergency system,and it is also an important part of the social security system.It is responsible for the emergency treatment and emergency rescue of the critical patients in a certain area.This paper aims to construct the"120"intelligent first-aid system which is integrated into smart city.With the help of"Internet+"cross-border innovative thinking and information technology support,the system takes the emergency medical cloud data as the core and uses the Internet of Things and data exchange technology to promote the information sharing,exchange,integration and application between different departments and levels of intelligent first-aid and smart city.It can realize a set of intelligent first-aid system which integrates the emergency monitoring and warning,intelligent decision-making and command,intelligent optimization path,remote medical information transmission,remote expert guidance and classified ability treatment.Therefore,it can provide more efficient and convenient emergency medical treatment service,fairer and more reasonable emergency medical treatment resources,safer and lower medical error guarantee,so as to realize highly intelligent health emergency command,decision-making and monitoring.Through the above,this system can play an important role in maintaining the social stability,economic development and regional safety of our city.
