摘 要:目前导弹发射多采用箱式自力发射的方式。自力发射时导弹助推器质量流量较大,发射时产生的高速燃气流会对发射箱及弹体产生直接冲击。针对箱式发射时的燃气流排导问题和箱体强度问题,提出了四种发射箱方案:弹箱间隙直接排导方案、箱体内设排气管方案、箱体外设排气管方案和多孔挡板排导方案。并对每种发射箱方案分别进行了发射箱结构设计、箱内流场参数计算和燃气流排导特性分析,最后确定了具有深入研究意义的发射箱总体方案。Now launching boxes and self launching are usually used to launching missiles. Due to the more mass flow of a missile,jet steam with high speed and high temperature can make direct impacts on a launching box and a missile while launching. Aiming at the problems of jet exhausting and box strength during the self launching with a box,four schemes are put forward in solving jet exhausting and intensity of a launching box,they are exhausting directly from the gap between a launching box and a missile,installing jet vents inside a launching box,installing jet vents outside a launching box and multi-hole baffle. For each launch box scheme,the launch box structure design,the simulation of the flow field parameters in the box,and the analysis of the gas flow drainage characteristics are carried out. Finally,a significant scheme of a launching box is recommended.
