摘  要:制动系统是摩托车重要的组成部分,是实现行车过程中制动或停车的安全装置,盘式制动系统现已成为摩托车的主流配置。良好的制动性能不但能提升行车安全,还能给驾驶者带来舒适的骑乘感受,提升驾驶乐趣。但如果制动时产生噪声,也会给驾驶体验带来不好的感受。一般制动噪声是因固体的不规律振动产生的,与摩擦片的材料、制动盘、钳体、背板等零部件的本身特性也有关系。还与加工精度以及制动工况、环境温度和湿度等因素有关。产生噪声的原因不同,制动时的噪声也有高有低,各有不同。解决制动噪声的方式很也多种,如通过改变摩擦片材料、增加消音片、提高制动器加工精度等。除了上诉零部件振动产生噪声之外,空气气流也会产生一定的噪声,又称气流噪声。本文讲述的就是制动时较少见的气流噪声,通过实际操作案例,浅析摩托车盘式制动器噪声及解决方案。The brake system is an important part of motorcycle,and it is a safety device for braking or stopping during driving.Disc brake system has become the mainstream configuration of motorcycle.Good braking performance can not only improve driving safety,but also bring comfortable riding experience and driving pleasure.But if there is noise when braking,it will also bring bad feeling to the driving experience.The general brake noise is caused by the irregular vibration of solid,and is also related to the material of friction plate,brake disc,caliper body,back plate and other parts.It is also related to machining accuracy,braking condition,ambient temperature and humidity.The causes of noise are different,and the noise during braking is different.There are many ways to solve the brake noise,such as changing the friction plate material,increasing the silencing plate,improving the brake processing accuracy and so on.In addition to the noise produced by the vibration of the appeal parts,the air flow will also produce certain noise,also known as air flow noise.This paper is about the rare air flow noise when braking.Through the actual operation case,the paper analyzes the noise and solution of motorcycle disc brake.
