摘 要:针对平煤十矿中区瓦斯专回"软弱结构和强烈水平应力"围岩大变形控制难题,研究分析了其变形机理及控制技术,提出了"多喷层+锚注"支护技术,通过钢丝绳为径骨的多喷层构造,以及预留空间,再通过中空注浆锚杆(索)对围岩进行大范围注浆,以提高围岩自身强度,加强支护。试验表明:该技术改善了围岩应力环境,有效增强了软弱围岩的强度,达到了预期支护效果。In view of the difficult problem of controlling large deformation of surrounding rock with"weak structure and strong horizontal stress"in the middle mining area of No.10 coal mine of Pingmei,the deformation mechanism and control technology are studied and analyzed,and the support technology of"multi-layer spray+bolting-grouting"is put forward,through the multi-layer structure with multi-layer wire rope as diameter bone and the reserved space,the surrounding rock is grouted by hollow grouted bolt(cable)in large range to improve the strength of the surrounding rock and strengthen the support.The test results show that this technique improves the surrounding rock stress environment,effectively strengthens the strength of weak surrounding rock,and achieves the expected supporting effect.
