摘  要:为了实现煤与瓦斯突出智能化管理与预警,提出了主动防御、重过程控制的瓦斯突出灾害智能化预警技术,利用信息化技术及计算机技术构建了动态防突智能预警系统。系统在新建矿取得了良好的应用效果:实现了突出灾害防治的智能管控预警,从地质与瓦斯赋存、采掘部署、灾害防治的设计与施工、措施监督与效果评价、预测预报与监测监控等突出灾害防治系列工作实现全过程控制,实现突出灾害防治精细化、规范化管理,显著提升了瓦斯灾害工作效率和治理效果,提升了矿井信息化智能化水平。In order to realize the intelligent management and early warning of coal and gas outburst,the intelligent early warning technology of gas outburst disaster with active defense and heavy process control is proposed,and the dynamic anti-outburst intelligent early warning system is constructed by using information technology and computer technology.The application practice shows that the system has realized the process control of the current prominent disaster prevention,and the system will highlight the series of disaster prevention from geological and gas storage,mining deployment,disaster prevention design and construction,measure supervision and effect evaluation,prediction and monitoring and monitoring,etc..The whole process of work is controlled,and the precise and standardized management of disaster prevention and control is highlighted,which significantly improves the efficiency and governance of gas disasters.
