摘  要:煤层气井井下作业频繁,不仅增加了生产运行成本,而且造成排采中断,严重影响了产气效果。针对这一突出问题,统计了沁水盆地古交区块、鄂东韩城区块、延川南区块近3 a井下作业情况,主要作业原因为抽油杆断脱、油管漏失、卡泵、泵漏失,这些因素占修井比例达95%。总结出了这些故障的现场故障诊断方法;分析了每种故障的产生原因;提出了处理对策,以延长修井周期,实现煤层气井连续排采。The frequent downhole operations of CBM wells not only increase operation costs, but also cause the production interruption, which seriously affects the gas production effect. In response to this outstanding problem, counted the downhole operations of Gujiao block in Qinshui basin, Hancheng block in East Hubei, and South Yanchuan block in the past three years. The main reasons for the operation are sucker rod breakage, tubing loss, stuck pump, pump leakage, these factors account for95% of the workover. Summarized the on-site fault diagnosis methods of these faults;analyzed the causes of each fault;proposed treatment countermeasures to extend the workover cycle and achieve continuous discharge of CBM wells.
