摘  要:针对1072综采工作面采空区采用的传统瓦斯抽采管路与防火灌注管路压茬迈步设计,预埋2趟12英寸瓦斯管路与2趟4英寸防火灌注管路不可回收,材料费投入大等问题,提出对预埋管路进行优化。结果表明:通过对预埋管路优化,减少了随采随迈步管路的人力资源投入,同时改善了管路铺设的施工环境,提高了管路安装效率,取得了较好的安全效益和经济效益。According to the step design of the traditional gas drainage pipeline and fire prevention grouting pipeline used in the goaf of 1072 fully mechanized coal face, two 12 inch gas pipelines and two 4 inch fire prevention grouting pipelines are not recovered, and the material cost is large, the optimization of the embedded pipeline is proposed. The results show that through the optimization of the embedded pipeline, the human resource investment of the pipeline is reduced, the construction environment of the pipeline laying is improved, the installation efficiency of the pipeline is improved,and better safety and economic benefits are achieved.
