少数民族地区农民家庭资产贫困的精准测度与脱贫对策

摘　　要：精准扶贫、精准脱贫是脱贫攻坚的基本方略。文章对已有文献进行梳理,分析扶贫原始数据、精准扶贫以及评估优化之间内在的逻辑及相互机理。以XBRL(可扩展商务报告语言)精准识别农村居民家庭资产的贫困指标,然后应用熵值TOPSIS法测度农民家庭资产贫困的程度。结果表明,不同民族家庭资产贫困具有异质性,汉族在少数民族聚居地的贫困程度尤其值得关注,政府在贫困治理过程中应对贫困各维度指标精准施策。Targeted Poverty Alleviation and precise poverty reduction are the basic strategies for poverty alleviation.This paper analyzes the original data of poverty reduction,targeted poverty alleviation and discusses the internal logic and mutual mechanism of optimization.XBRL(Extensible Business Reporting Language)is used to identify the poverty index of rural family assets,and TOPSIS method is used to measure the poverty degree of rural family assets.The results show that the property poverty of different ethnic families is heterogeneous,and the poverty degree of Han ethnic group in minority and minority areas is worthy of attention.
