摘 要:目的探讨微创技术视频在胆道外科教学中增强学生微创意识和技能,促进学生掌握微创知识,提高教学效果。方法将临床班学生分为实验组(41名)和对照组(40名),在胆道外科教学中,实验组授以微创视频立体教学,对照组采用传统外科教学。结果微创视频立体化教学,在提高学生学习兴趣、微创理论知识、临床实习效果方面均优于传统教学方法。结论在胆道外科教学中,辅以微创视频教学有利于培养学生的微创意识和技能。Obiective To discuss the application of minimally invasive surgery videos in choledochology teaching to enhance students’knowledge and skills.Methods The clinical students were randomly separated into the experimental group(41persons)where the videos of minimally invasive surgical techniques method(multi-teaching method)were adopted,and the control group(40 persons)where the conventional teaching method was adopted.Results The learning interest,the theory examinations on minimally invasive knowledge and the benefits during general surgical medical internship in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion Minimally invasive video teaching is conducive to the cultivation of students’minimally invasive consciousness.
