摘  要:目的农药是重要的生产资料,但其毒性会影响土壤微生物群的生理功能。本文主要研究一种常用的农药——腐霉利对土壤微生物群代谢功能的影响。方法基于基因测序技术,对腐霉利污染土壤和正常土壤开展宏基因组分析,再利用COG、CAZy和VFDB等代谢功能数据库对测序结果进行统计分析。结果腐霉利对土壤微生物的能量合成、DNA合成、蛋白质合成等多种生理功能都有负面影响,且腐霉利还会增加土壤中致病菌毒力因子基因的丰度。结论腐霉利会干扰细菌正常的生理代谢,且会增加环境中的致病菌毒力因子基因丰度,从而对环境健康构成一定风险。Object Pesticides are important means of production in agriculture,but the toxicity of pesticides may affect the metabolism of soil microorganism.Herein,the effects of a commonly used pesticide,procymidone,on the soil microorganism metabolism were studied.Methods Meta-genomics of soil contaminated by procymidone were compared to the soils with no procymidone based on DNA sequence technology.Then databases of COG,CAZy and VFDB were used to analyze the meta-genomics data.Results Procymidone negatively affected the microorganism’s physiological functions such as energy synthesis,DNA synthesis and protein synthesis.Additionally,procymidone increased the abundance of virulence factor genes of pathogenic bacteria.Conclusion Procymidone could disturb microorganism’s metabolism in a negative manner,and increase the abundance of virulence factor genes,demonstrating that procymidone has risks to the environment.
