摘  要:以弧线齿圆柱齿轮为假想刀具,基于齿轮啮合原理提出一种非正交弧线齿面齿轮,并对该种面齿轮单齿全齿面进行数学建模,计算出有效齿宽,通过Catia二次开发对计算得出的齿宽数值进行验证,通过改变轴交角及压力角的大小来讨论该种面齿轮齿宽的变化规律,结果表明:当轴交角不断增加时,内径与外径逐渐增大,且外径变化的曲线上升幅度要比内径更加明显,从而有效齿宽不断增大。随着压力角的不断增加,内径与外径逐渐减小,内径变化曲线下降的幅度比外径大,故有效齿宽逐渐增大。Taking the arc tooth cylindrical gear as a hypothetical tool, a non-orthogonal arc tooth surface gear was proposed based on the gear meshing principle, and the single tooth full tooth surface of this type of gear was mathematically modeled to calculate the effective tooth width. The Catia secondary development verified the calculated tooth width value, and discussed the change rule of the tooth width of this kind of face gear by changing the size of the shaft intersection angle and the pressure angle. Results showed that: when the shaft intersection angle continued to increase, the inner and outer diameters gradually increased, and the increase of the change curve of the outer diameter was more obvious than the inner diameter, so the effective tooth width continued to increase. As the pressure angle continued to increase, the inner and outer diameters gradually decreased, and the inner diameter change curve decreased more than the outer diameter, so the effective tooth width gradually increased.
