摘　　要：由于内源性雌激素减少,部分绝经后妇女出现阴道萎缩症状,严重影响了生活质量。局部雌激素对中重度阴道萎缩症状较其他治疗方法有明显的优势,但由于医患双方对其认识不足,目前治疗率低下。本文就雌激素作用于阴道局部改善萎缩症状的机制、目前国内外应用局部雌激素治疗阴道萎缩的现状及研究进展进行综述。Due to the decrease of endogenous estrogen,some postmenopausal women have vaginal atrophy,which seriously affects the quality of life.Local estrogen has obvious advantages over other treatment methods for moderate and severe vaginal atrophy,but the treatment rate is low due to the lack of understanding between doctors and patients.In this paper,the mechanism of estrogen acting on vagina to improve the symptoms of vaginal atrophy,the current situation and research progress of the application of local estrogen in the treatment of vaginal atrophy at home and abroad were reviewed.
