摘　　要：孕前保健通过在孕前评估育龄夫妇双方可能引起不良妊娠结局发生的各种危险因素,采取相关预防和干预措施,维护和促进双方在孕前的健康状况,从而改善妊娠相关结局,提高出生人口素质。本文对国内外孕前保健服务现状进行了系统回顾,并对世界各国孕前保健服务指南提供的服务项目进行了详细比较,为建立有循证证据的孕前保健体系提供参考。Preconception care can improve the pregnancy outcomes and the quality of population by assessing risk factors that may cause adverse pregnancy outcomes before pregnancy,and taking relevant prevention and intervention measures to maintain and promote health status of both men and women of childbearing age.This paper systematically reviewed the current preconception care services at home and abroad,and made a detailed comparison of the services provided by preconception care guidelines,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of evidence-based preconception care service system.
