摘  要:窄搭接焊机内置有液压剪用于切除不合格带钢头尾。生产中,曾多次发生剪刃间隙变动,切不断带钢,液压缸铰接支撑座开裂等设备事故。本文介绍了平行四连杆机构液压剪的设备组成和功能,通过对比理论剪切力和平行四连杆机构增力后可提供的剪切力,排除了液压剪的结构设计和各部件的强度设计不合理引发的事故。通过现场情况分析,认为刀床滑板与铝滑板间隙堵塞,润滑不良,配合面磨损恶化,是剪刃间隙变大剪不断带钢和液压缸铰接支撑座开裂的原因。实施了改进措施,改进后使用效果良好。Narrow Lap welde is internally installed with hydraulic shears use in cut off be of poor quality strip steel head tail.in production,once multiple occurrence,the change on blade gap of the hydraulic shear,which causes the shear fails in cutting,hydraulic cylinder supporting pedestal cracking and so on equipment accident.this paper introduced the equipment composition and function of parallel four-rod-jointed mechanism hydraulic shears.pass through comparison theory shearing force and avail available shearing force of parallel four-rod-jointed mechanism increase force,ruling out Hydraulic shears structure design and components strength design unreasonable trigger fault problem.through the analysis of site conditions,think gap blockage,poor lubrication,wear deterioration of mating surface of knife bed slide and aluminum slide,Which leads to blade clearance get bigger and strip cannot be cut,hydraulic cylinder are hinged supporting pedestal cracking Equipment accident,implement the improvement measures.the experience has a good effect on the field.
