摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱手性固定相法分离5种黄烷酮糖苷类化合物异构体。方法使用Chiralpak IC[纤维素-三(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)共价键合硅胶]手性色谱柱,在正相色谱条件下考察了流动相中有机改性剂的种类和比例、酸碱添加剂的种类和比例、柱温以及流速对异构体分离的影响。结果在优化的色谱条件下,柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和圣草次苷能达到完全分离,而芸香柚皮苷仅能达到部分分离。5种化合物的分离度分别为2.32、1.84、1.56、1.71和0.55。结论 Chiralpak IC柱对除芸香柚皮苷外的4种化合物具有较高的异构体选择性。Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography chiral stationary phase method for the separation of five flavanone glycoside isomers.Methods With the application of Chiralpak IC column [cellulose-tris(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate) covalently bonded silica gel]under normal phase,the factors affecting separation process such as the types of mobile phase,volume ratio between alkane and alcohol,the type and ratio of acid-base additives,column temperature and flow rate were investigated.Results Under the optimal conditions,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and eriocitrin could be completely separated,and narirutin was partially separated.the resolutions of five compounds were 2.32,1.84,1.56,1.71 and 0.55,respectively.Conclusion Chiralpak IC column has high isomer selectivity for four compounds except narirutin.
