摘 要:目的金花茶叶中的黄酮类成分为主要药理活性成分,目前对金花茶质量控制研究的报道较少,为更全面的提高质量研究标准,建立同时测定不同品种的金花茶药材中芦丁、槲皮素、木犀草素和山奈酚4种主要黄酮成分的HPLC方法。方法采用色谱柱是YMC HPLC Column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相系统为甲醇(A)-体积分数0.1%乙酸水(B),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温23℃,检测波长370 nm的条件下对芦丁、槲皮素、木犀草素、山奈酚进行测定。结果所测4种主要成分在测定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r2均为0.999 4;精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;平均回收率为97.68%~100.60%,RSD为0.32%~0.72%。结论建立的HPLC方法可用于同时测定金花茶中4种主要化学成分,该方法可为金花茶黄酮成分的质量评价提供一定的参考。Objective The flavonoids in Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama are one of the main pharmacological active ingredients.At present,there are few reports on the quality control of Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama,which is a more comprehensive improvement of quality research standards.To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of four main flavonoids in Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama(rutin,quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol).Methods The column used was YMC HPLC COLUMN(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase system was methanol(A)-0.1% acetic acid water(B).The flow rate is 1.0 mL·min^-1,the column temperature is 23 ℃,and the rutin,quercetin,luteolin,and kaempferol were determined at a detection 370 nm.Results The linear relation of four main active components measured in the range of mass concentration was good with perfect precision,repeatability and stability,the R2 value of which was all 0.999 4.The average recovery rate was 97.68%-100.60%,RSD was 0.32%-0.72%.Conclusion The HPLC method established for the simultaneous determination of four main chemical compositions in Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama is accurate,simple,sensitive and specific,which can provide references for the quality evaluation of flavonoids in Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama.
