摘  要:通过使用不同侧链碳数聚丙烯酸酯类降凝剂对乍得原油降凝效果的研究,确定了侧链碳数与蜡晶中正构烷烃碳数匹配时降凝效果最好。以丙烯酸和高碳醇为原料,在125℃下通过酯化反应合成丙烯酸高碳醇酯单体,再将其与α-烯烃在85~95℃通过自由基共聚合成系列聚合物,然后采用红外光谱法、凝胶渗透色谱法、核磁氢谱法对其化学结构进行表征。通过实验室瓶试研究所合成降凝剂对乍得原油的降凝降黏效果,实验结果表明降凝幅度最高达9℃,降黏率达90.61%,确定了改变原料中醇的碳数可以适应不同原油的降凝要求。最后,利用偏光显微镜探究了降凝剂的降凝机理。Through the research on the pour point depressant effect of different side chain carbon number polyacrylates on Chad crude oil,it is determined that the carbon number of side chain matches the carbon number of the normal paraffin in the wax crystal with the best pour point depressant effect.In this paper,acrylic acid and higher alcohol are used as raw materials to synthesize acrylic acid higher alcohol ester monomer at 125℃,and then through free-radically copolymerized under 8595℃withα-olefin,its chemical structure is characterize by infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography,and hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectroscopy.Through laboratory bottle tests,the synthetic pour point depressant has been studied for its pour point and viscosity reduction effect on Chad crude oil.The experimental results show that the pour point depressing range is as high as 9℃,and the viscosity reduction rate is 90.61%.It is determined that changing the carbon number of the alcohol in the raw material can be adapted Pour point depressing requirements for different crude oils.Finally,a polarized light microscope was used to explore the pour point depressant mechanism.
