摘  要:采用浸渍-沉淀法制备了掺杂ZnO的Ru-Fe/ZrO2催化剂,并通过XRD和TEM等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂中引入了ZnO,Ru和ZnO在载体上高度分散,使催化剂的比表面积和平均孔径都有较大增加。催化剂Zn和Zr之间的协同效应可以同时提高苯的转化率和环己烯的选择性。使用掺杂ZnO比例为1∶10的催化剂进行苯加氢反应,反应时间20 min,环己烯最高产率为51.77%。The ZnO-doped Ru-Fe/ZrO2 catalyst was prepared by the impregnation-precipitation method and characterized by means of XRD and TEM.The results showed that ruthenium and zinc oxide were highly dispersed on the carrier,and the adding of zinc oxide promoted that catalysts had higher texture property.The synergistic effect between Zn and Zr could increase the conversion of benzene and the selectivity of cyclohexene at the same time.A cyclohexene yield of 51.77%is achieved on the ZnO-doped Ru-Fe/ZrO2 catalyst at 20 min when the prepared catalyst has a ratio of ZnO to ZrO2 of 1∶10.
