摘 要:研究了以有机小分子催化剂2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基(TEMPO)为催化剂,NaClO为氧化剂,即TEMPO/NaClO催化氧化体系氧化正丁醇合成正丁醛的反应,探讨了反应时间、反应温度、氧化剂配比、pH值、溶剂等因素对反应产率的影响以及TEMPO/NaClO催化氧化体系氧化正丁醇制备正丁醛的机理。实验结果表明,在反应时间10 min、反应温度0℃、正丁醇与氧化剂量之比1∶1.1、次氯酸钠溶液pH值为9.5、以CH2Cl2为溶剂条件下,正丁醛的产率可达90.2%。A TEMPO/NaClO catalyst system was developed using n-butyl alcohol to prepare n-butylaldehyde.In the catalyst system,2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-oxygen radical was used as catalyst,and NaClO was used as oxidizing agent.Effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,ratio of oxidation,the value of pH and the solvent were studied.Optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The results showed that the yield of n-butyraldehyde is up to 90.2%under the optimum conditions and the catalytic system has high selectivity to the target product.Furthermore,the preparation mechanism of n-butyl aldehyde by oxidation of n-butanol by TEMPO/NaClO catalytic system was also researched.
