醌氢醌绿色环保合成及电化学研究

摘  要:以铅电极为阴阳极,以H2SO4为电解液、对苯二酚为原料,在无隔膜电解槽中进行电化学氧化合成醌氢醌,考察了电流密度、电解液浓度、反应温度、原料质量浓度等条件对反应的影响,同时利用循环伏安法研究了醌氢醌的电化学行为。结果表明:在反应温度25℃、硫酸质量分数5%、通入理论电量1000 A/m^2、对苯二酚质量浓度60 g/L时,醌氢醌收率达到88.49%,选择性100%,电流效率为88.49%;电化学研究表明,醌氢醌有两对氧化还原峰,为两电子两质子转移过程,醌氢醌得到两个电子和两个质子被还原生成对苯二酚,然后对苯二酚失去两个电子和两个质子被氧化;其电极过程为扩散过程,电极表面扩散系数为1.38×10-3 cm^2/s。Quinhydrone was synthesized by electrochemical oxidation reaction in the self-made diaphragmless electrolyzer using lead electrode as the anode and cathode,H2SO4 as the electrolyte and hydroquinone as the raw material.The effects of the reaction conditions such as current density,electrolyte concentration,reaction temperature,mass concentration of the raw materials and other conditions on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the yield of quinhydrone reaches 88.49%,selectivity is 100%and the current efficiency is 88.49%when the reaction temperature is 25℃,the mass fraction of H2SO4 is 5%,theoretical charge is 1000 A/m^2,and the concentration of hydroquinone is 60 g/L H2SO4.Electrochemical studies showed that quinone hydroquinone has two redox peaks,which are two electron and two proton transfer processes.Quinone hydroquinone was reduced to hydroquinone by obtaining two electrons and two protons,and then hydroquinone was oxidized by losing two electrons and two protons.The electrode process is diffusion process,and the electrode surface diffusion coefficient DR is 1.38×10-3 cm^2/s.
