摘 要:在以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DM)为共聚单体、聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)和聚乙二醇20000(PEG20000)为分散剂的基础上,采用过硫酸钠-亚硫酸钠(NSP)为引发剂,通过在较低浓度的硫酸铵溶液(PS)中加入反应性聚醚稳定剂(RPA),获得了固含量达43%、储存时间更长的双水相阳离子聚丙烯酰胺水分散液(WCPAM)。该WCPAM表观黏度(η)为528 p·s,特性黏数([η])为875 L/g,相对分子质量(Mr)为4.0×106,平均粒径(Deam)为0.25μm,储存稳定期达100 d以上,并得出了最佳合成条件:w(NSP)(占单体)=0.46%,w(PS)(占聚合体系)=3.5%,w(RPA)(占单体)=13.5%。同时,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)测试对WCPAM进行了结构与性能表征。实验结果表明,无机电解质和大分子单体稳定剂能够显著影响WCPAM的储存稳定性、相对分子质量以及黏度等。A more stable cationic polyacrylamide water emulsions(WCPAM)with a high solids(43%)was prepared by the adding of a macromonomer stabilizer(RPA)into the ammonium sulfate(PS)solutions with a initiator(sodium persulfate-sodium sulfite)on the basis of a original copolymerization system,which consisted of acrylamide(AM),dimethylaminoethylacrylate(DM),polyethylene glycol 20000(PEG20000)and cationic polyelectrolyte dispersant(PDMC).The apparent viscosity(η),intrinsic viscosity([η]),molecular Weight(Mr),average particle size(Deam)of WCPAM were respectively 528 p·s,875 mL/g,4.0×106,0.25μm,and it could also be stored for more than 100 days.The optimum conditions are as follows:w(NSP)(monomer)=0.46%,w(PS)(the whole system)=3.5%,w(RPA)(momomer)=13.5%.Besides,The structure and properties of WCPAM were characterized by Infra-red spectrum(FT-IR),X-diffraction(XRD)and Transmission Electron microscopy(TEM)testing.The results showed that inorganic electrolyte and huge molecule stabilizer both had a great effect on the stability,molecular weight,and the behavior such as viscosity of WCPAM.
