摘　　要：目的:建立藏成药石榴日轮丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,应用ThermoC_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72),流速0.8 mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,进样量为10μL,检测波长为403 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A进样量范围在0.480~3.199μg时,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均回收率为98.05%,RSD=0.48%(n=6),阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法简便、灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于石榴日轮丸中羟基红花黄色素A的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor pigment A in the Tibetan patent medicine Pomegranate rilun Pills.Methods:HPLC method was used.Thermo C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7%phosphoric acid solution(26∶2∶72),the injection volume is 10μL,the detection wavelength is 403 nm.Results:When the injection volume of hydroxysafflor pigment A ranged from 0.480 to 3.199μg,the injection volume and peak area were linearly related(r=0.9996);the average recovery was 98.05%,RSD=0.48%(n=6)and negative control has no interference.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of hydroxysafflor pigment A in rilum pills.
