摘 要:为提高棉织物的附加值,针对棉织物易沾污和易燃烧的缺点,引入泡沫技术,对棉织物进行拒水拒油与阻燃复合功能整理,得到具有双重功能性的棉织物。研究拒水拒油剂、阻燃剂、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对拒水拒油级别、炭长及透气率指标的影响,并由正交试验设计优化复合整理的工艺条件。结果表明,在发泡剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)用量为6 g/L,稳泡剂(海藻酸钠)为3 g/L,发泡比控制在5的前提之下,得出最佳的拒水拒油与阻燃复合功能整理工艺条件为阻燃剂浓度400 g/L、拒水拒油剂140 g/L、焙烘温度140℃、焙烘时间5 min;经其整理后的棉织物的性能指标为拒水等级为6.0级、拒油等级5.0级、炭长5.9 cm、透气率36.4 mm/s;经10次水洗之后,整理后棉织物仍然具有一定的拒水拒油性和阻燃性。In order to increase the added value of cotton fabric, aiming at the problems of cotton fabric easy to stain and burn, a dual function cotton fabric was prepared by using foam technology so as to give cotton fabric both water repellent and oil repellent and flame retardant function. The effects of water and oil repellent, flame retardant, baking temperature and baking time on the indices of water and oil repellent grade, carbon length and air permeability were studied. The process conditions of composite finishing were also optimized by orthogonal design. Under the premise of foaming agent(sodium dodecyl sulfate) of 6 g/L, foaming stabilizer(sodium alginate)of 3 g/L and foaming ratio of 5, the optimum technological conditions of cotton fabric functional finishing with water and oil repellency and flame retardant function are as follows: flame retardant of 400 g/L, water and oil repellent of 140 g/L, baking temperature of 140 ℃, and baking time of 5 minutes. The properties of cotton fabrics after finishing are as follows: the water repellency grade and oil repellency grade is 6.0 and 5.0 respectively, and the carbon length is 5.9 cm with the air permeability 36.4 mm/s. After washing for 10 times, the finished cotton fabric still has some water and oil repellency and flame retardancy.
