摘　　要：文中将阻燃剂Sb2O3和十溴二苯乙烷进行复配,应用于锦纶66牛津布的阻燃整理,探讨了在溶剂型PU胶中的含量对锦纶66牛津布阻燃、耐水压以及强力性能的影响,探讨了联合增效效应以及阻燃机理。结果表明,当阻燃剂Sb2O3与十溴二苯乙烷复配比例为1∶3,复配后阻燃剂与溶剂型PU胶质量比为1∶1,面料涂层后克质量增加90~100 g/m2,焙烘温度130~145℃,焙烘时间2 min时,锦纶66牛津布阻燃效果及其他性能指标均可以满足相关标准要求,同时探讨了阻燃整理对防水性能的影响。In this paper,the flame-retardants,Sb2O3 and DBDPE,were applied to polyamide nylon 66 oxford cloth.The mixed proportion and content in solvent-based PU adhesive were investigated.The flame retardant property,water resistance and strength of the treated nylon 66 oxford fabric were measured.The results show that the flame retardant effect and other performance indices of the finished nylon 66 oxford cloth can meet the relevant standards when the proportion of flame retardant Sb2O3 to DBDPE was 1:3,the mass ratio of flame retardant to solvent-based PU adhesive was 1:1,the added weight of the coated fabric was about 90~100 g/m2,the baking temperature was 130℃, and the baking time was 2 minutes.And the waterproof property was also studied.
