摘　　要：阐述全成形羊毛针织衫工艺设计发展概况,论述全成形羊毛针织衫结构及工艺设计与开发。通过4针床电脑横机,将羊毛针织衫的编织工艺与三维模拟相结合,使羊毛针织衫能够快速设计,实时展现给设计师与消费者。基于三维模拟的羊毛针织衫结构与工艺设计方法更符合互联网时代服装定制设计趋势,增强了三维模拟对羊毛针织衫设计的影响力,从而拓展羊毛针织衫的结构设计空间,为羊毛针织衫的工艺设计及应用带来新方法、新思路,也为互联网时代羊毛针织衫的产品设计与生产带来新活力。This paper expounds the general situation of the technological design of fully-fashioned wool knitwear,and discusses the structure,technological design and development of fully-fashioned wool knitwear.The knitting technology of wool knitwear is combined with 3D simulation by using 4-needle bed computerized flat knitting machine,so that the wool knitwear can be designed quickly and presented to designers and consumers in real time.The structure and process design method of wool sweater based on three-dimensional simulation is more suitable for the trend of customized design of the Internet age,which enhances the influence of 3D simulation on the design of wool knitwear,thus expanding the structure design space of the sweater,bringing new methods and ideas for the process design and application of the sweater,and also bringing new vitality to the product design and production of wool knitwear in the Internet age.
