摘  要:针对原有四球摩擦磨损实验机功能单一、测量参数精度低、采集数据无法实时查看和存储的缺点,从摩擦副的接触电阻测量、摩擦副的摩擦因数测量、摩擦副的温度测量与控制、摩擦副的振动与噪声测量、主轴转速的精确测量等几方面对原机进行了升级改造。实验结果表明:测量的接触电阻能够反映四球的润滑状态及其转变,实现了多种参数的实时采集与存储,可以通过多参数对润滑状态进行综合评估。该机不仅能满足本科生实验教学需求,更为润滑状态的深入科学研究提供了良好的实验平台。Due to its singleness of function,low precision of measurement parameter,and function absence of real-time viewing and storage for the acquired data,the four ball friction and wear tester has been improved in the following aspects such as the measurement of contact resistance of friction pair,measurement of friction coefficient of friction pair,temperature measurement and control of the friction pair,measurement of vibration and noise for friction pair,precise speed measurement of the main shaft.The experimental results show that the lubrication state and its transition process can be reflected by the tested contact resistance.The real-time acquisition and storage function for multiple parameters has been realized in the modified four ball tester,by which the lubrication state can be comprehensive estimated.The modified four ball tester not only meets the requirement of teaching experiment for undergraduates,but also provides a good experimental platform for the further scientific study of lubrication state.
