摘  要:[目的]对双甘膦废水进行有效处理,实现双甘膦母液回用,使母液中亚磷酸、甲醛、双甘膦等得到资源化利用,达到减排目的。[方法]将氯化氢气体通入双甘膦母液,得到的盐酸母液回用至酸化、缩合工序,回用过程中确定母液回用比例、回用母液质量控制要求、配比等工艺参数。[结果]在不影响双甘膦质量和收率的前提下,母液减排能够达到80%。[结论]在双甘膦生产工艺中双甘膦母液回用工艺可行。[Aims]This paper aims to provide a technological method of recycling N-phosphonomethyliminadiacetic acid(PMIDA)mother liquor for reuse of the phosphorous acid and formaldehyde in mother liquor in the process,achieving green production.[Methods]HCl gas was introduced into the PMIDA mother liquor,followed by reusing it in acidizing and condensation reaction.In this progress,the proportion of mother liquor,quality control requirements,as well as process parameters(such as ratio)were investigated as well.[Results]The emission reduction of mother liquor can reach up to 80%without affecting the quality and yield of PMIDA.[Conclusions]The recycle of mother liquor can be realized by this strategy.
