摘 要:[目的]研究4种高分子聚合物作为25 g/L咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂(FS)成膜剂的成膜性能,及其对于制剂稳定性和包衣种子安全性的影响。[方法]在25 g/L咯菌腈FS中分别加入4种成膜剂,测定成膜时间和包衣脱落率。用多重光散射仪考察不同成膜剂对制剂稳定性的影响。开展包衣种子发芽试验,考察成膜剂对包衣种子萌发的影响。[结果]在25 g/L咯菌腈FS中,添加2%共聚维酮(PVP-VA64),成膜性能较佳,成膜时间为4.0 min,包衣脱落率为2.8%,对制剂的稳定性无影响,对包衣玉米种子发芽率无影响。[结论]PVP-VA64可以作为25 g/L咯菌腈FS的成膜剂。[Aims]This study aims to investigate the film-forming properties of four high-molecular polymers as the film-forming agent of fludioxonil suspension concentrate 25 g/L for seed coating(FS)and their effects on the stability of FS and the safety of coated seeds.[Methods]Four kinds of film-forming agents were added to fludioxonil 25 g/L FS to determine the film-forming time and the coating peeling rate.A multiple light stability analyzer was used to investigate the effects of different film-forming agents on the stability of FS,and a seed germination experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of film-forming agents on seed germination.[Results]The results showed that PVP-VA642%was the best film-forming agent,the film-forming time is 4.0 min,and the coating peeling rate is 2.8%.By adding PVP-VA 64 as a film-forming agent,the stability of FS and the germination rate of corn seeds were not affected.[Conclusions]PVP-VA64 can be used as a film-forming agent for fludioxonil suspension concentrate 25 g/L for seed coating.
