摘 要:针对企业单件小批量生产及交付期缩短所带来的工艺任务管控难题,提出了工艺人员与任务的二阶段匹配方法。首先为待分配的任务进行工艺员适应性筛选,获得能够胜任该任务的工艺员集合;然后判断每个工艺员自身的优先级队列及任务交付期是否可承接该工艺任务;最终利用熵值法对工艺员的静态、动态属性进行多指标综合评分,根据模型的评分结果生成任务分配的人员推荐方案。基于成都飞机工业有限责任公司数字工艺任务管控系统,所提方法有效地解决了其复杂工艺任务引发的人员调配混乱、任务堆积逾期等问题,极大地提升了其工艺部门的生产效率。Aiming at the problem of process task management and control caused by single piece and small batch production and shortening of delivery time,a two-stage matching method of process personnel and task was proposed.Firstly,the adaptive selection of technologists was carried out for the task to be assigned,and the set of technicians competent for the task was obtained;Then,whether the priority queue and task delivery time of each technologist could undertake,the process task was judged;Finally,the entropy method was used to evaluate the static and dynamic attributes of the technologist,and the personnel recommendation scheme for task allocation was generated according to the scoring results of the model.Based on the digital process task management and control system of Chengdu Aircraft Industry Co.,Ltd.,the proposed method effectively solved the problems of personnel deployment confusion and task accumulation overdue caused by complex process tasks,and greatly improved the production efficiency of its process department.
