摘　　要：随着第三次全国国土调查基本完成和变更调查的开始,按照国土调查的任务要求要进行土地权属调查,对发生变化的宗地图斑进行更新。其中宗地图斑要按照规范进行更新和统一编号,面临大量的工作和时间去解决。本文针对宗地编号提出了一种基于模型构建器的宗地图斑编号的方法,能够批量自动化、具有可移植性和自定义等特点,大大节省了人工作业时间和提高了作业的效率及准确率。并在北京市第三次全国国土调查项目中得以验证,有较好的实际应用价值。With the completion of the Third National Land Survey and the beginning of the change survey,according to the task of land survey,land ownership survey should be carried out to update the changed map spots.Among them,the map spots should be updated and numbered in accordance with the standard,and faced with a lot of work and time to solve.In this paper,a method based on model builder is proposed for parcel number,which can be batch automated,portable and self defined,greatly saving labor time and improving the efficiency and accuracy of operation.It has been verified in the third national land survey project of Beijing,and has good practical application value.
