摘  要:虫道真菌菌株分离和鉴定难度大,口岸检出率低。随着口岸进境原木数量的不断增加,食菌小蠹传播扩散虫道真菌所带来的潜在风险越来越引起重视。本文针对进境原木中截获的重要食菌小蠹种类,从疑似样本采集、培养基选择和制备、虫道真菌的分离及菌种保存等方面对虫道真菌分离培养方法进行了介绍,以期增强检疫人员对食菌小蠹和虫道真菌的分离水平,提高口岸对虫道真菌疫情的截获率。The ambrosia fungi are difficult to be isolated and detected,which causes the low detection rate at ports. With the increasing importation of the woods and timbers,great attention should be paid to the potential risks caused by the ambrosia fungi. Aiming at the species of ambrosia beetles intercepted in Chinese ports,the article introduces the isolation and culture methods of ambrosia fungi from the aspects of suspected samples collection,medium selection and preparation,isolation method,the purification and preservation of fungi strains. With a view to enhancing the separation skills of quarantine personnel on the ambrosia beetles and ambrosia fungi,and increasing the interception rate at ports.
