摘 要:以R180柴油机为样机研究了喷油系统参数对小型非道路涡流室柴油机排放和噪声的影响,运用数值模拟和试验相结合的方法,通过优化喷油系统参数提高喷油压力、获得合理的喷油规律、减少滞燃期内的喷油量来优化燃烧过程。结果表明:喷油系统优化后柴油机标定工况有效燃油消耗率下降了4.4%,烟度减少了2.0 BSU;整机NOx、CO、HC、颗粒(PM)排放与原机相比分别下降了27.8%、72.2%、75.9%、54.2%;最高燃烧压力下降了11.84%,压力升高率降低了48.5%,实测整机噪声声功率级下降了1.4 dB(A)。柴油机整机性能、排放和噪声性能大幅度提升,优化后整机排放满足非道路柴油机国三排放限值要求,研究结果可为小功率涡流室柴油机的排放和噪声等性能优化提供参考。The effect of optimization of fuel injection system parameters on the reduction of emissions and noise of the small power non-road R180 swirl chamber diesel engine was studied using numerical simulation and experimental methods. By optimization of the fuel injection system,the maximum fuel pressure at rated conditions increased from 15.6 to 23.9 MPa,the initial injection rate reduced and the shape of injection rate was improved. The combustion was optimized by reducing the fuel injection quantity during ignition delay period. The results showed that after the optimization of fuel injection system,the brake specific fuel consumption and smoke were decreased by 4.4%,and 2.0 BSU at rated conditions compared with the original engine,because of the mixing and combustion performance became better.Nitrogen oxide(NOx),carbon monoxide(CO),hydrocarbon(HC)and particulate matter(PM)were 4.62,3.11,0.65 and 0.55 g·(kW·h)-1,drle,which could meet the phase Ⅲ emission limits in China.The maximum cylinder pressure and cylinder pressure rise rate of optimized engine was 6.7 MPa and 0.15 MPa/°CA respectively,which decreased by 11.84% and 48.5%,therefore the engine noise performance was improved. The noise power level was reduced by 1.4 dB(A). The research work showed that the optimization of fuel injection system had decreased the emissions and noise of diesel engine obviously and improved the performances of the engine,which will provide a technology route of energy saving,emission and noise reduction for non-road swirl chamber diesel engines.
