摘　　要：介绍国家标准GB/T 5599—2019《机车车辆动力学性能评定及试验鉴定规范》制定背景和主要技术内容。重点阐述机车车辆运行稳定性与运行品质相关指标的制定。该标准为我国机车车辆动力学性能试验鉴定提供了指标评定依据和方法。The development background and main technical contents of the national standard GB/T 5599-2019 "Specification for Dynamic Performance Assessment and Testing Verification of Rolling Stock" was introduced,focusing on the development of parameter related to the running stability and dynamic performance of rolling stock.This standard provide evaluation limits and methods for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock in China.
