摘 要:介绍了车辆轴箱内置转向架的优势,给出了出口马来西亚车辆轴箱内置转向架主要技术参数,并对该转向架的技术、结构特点和轮对受力情况进行了分析。该轴箱内置转向架与轴箱外置转向架相比,重量整体减小约20%,簧下质量减小约30%,轻量化优势明显。轮重减载率计算结果表明,在相同车辆载荷条件下,该轴箱内置转向架的轮重减载率在空簧充气和泄气状态下均有约50%的改善,车辆运行安全性得到了提高。The advantages of the vehicle axle box inboard bogie were introduced, and the main technical parameters of the vehicle axle box inboard bogie exported to Malaysia were provided. The technical characteristics, structural characteristics and wheelset forces of the bogie were analyzed. Compared with the bogie outside the axle box, the weight of the bogie with built-in axle box was reduced by about 20% and the unsprung mass was reduced by about 30%, which had obvious lightweight advantages. Under the same vehicle load conditions,the axle load reduction rate calculation result showed that the axle box inboard bogie improved axle load reduction rate about 50% in air spring inflation and deflation cases, which improved the running safety.
