摘  要:基于静强度分析结果,结合结构优化理论与有限元分析方法,对悬挂式单轨车辆转向架构架进行拓扑优化和尺寸优化,改善构架应力分布的同时实现结构轻量化,构架质量减小14.8%。对构架进行静强度和动态特性分析的结果表明,优化后的构架结构性能得到提升,优化结构也合理。Based on the results of static strength analysis, the topology optimization and size optimization of suspended monorail vehicle bogie frame were carried out by combining structural optimization theory with finite element analysis method. The lightweight design of the structure was realized while improving the stress distribution of the frame, and the weight of the frame was reduced by 14.8%. The results of static strength and dynamic characteristics analysis showed that the performance of the optimized frame structure was improved and the optimized structure was reasonable.
