摘  要:针对行业比较关注的护层材料热释放评估,着重从B1级阻燃电缆与其所用护层材料的热释放相关性入手分析,确立了护层材料热释放试验参数和技术指标的计算依据:当电缆以临界值状态通过B1级燃烧时,根据热释放总量,可得护套层的临界耗氧量,根据可燃物体积可得单位体积材料的耗氧量,从而推算出材料试片体积相应的临界热释放值。通过电缆燃烧的实例和材料试片的试验,验证了计算结果,由此可以得到一种简便、可靠和适用范围广泛的B1级护层材料热释放评估方法。According to the evaluation of heat release of sheath materials that the industry pays more attention to,this paper analyzes the correlation between the heat release of B1 class flame-retardant cable and its sheath materials,and establishes the calculation basis for the heat release test parameters and technical indicators of sheath materials.When the cable passes through the B1 level combustion in the critical value state,the critical oxygen consumption of the sheath layer can be obtained according to the total heat release amount,and the oxygen consumption of the unit volume of the material can be obtained according to the volume of the combustible material,so that the critical heat release value corresponding to the volume of the material test piece can be calculated.The calculation results are verified by the example of cable combustion results and the actual test results of material test pieces.Thus,a simple,reliable and widely applicable evaluation method for heat release of B1 class sheath material can be obtained.
