摘  要:研究选用7个生育期相近的水稻品种,分别种植在吉林省农业科学院公主岭市南崴子乡水稻基地(非盐碱)和中国科学院大安碱地生态试验站水稻试验田(盐碱),成熟时测定各品种稻米中pH、EC、Na、K、Ca、Mg、P等理化指标,分析其含量及差异变化情况。结果表明:盐碱胁迫下稻米中的pH比非盐碱下的pH有显著的提高,但一般没达到7,近中性,不呈弱碱性或碱性;EC也比非盐碱下显著提高,达极显著水平(P<0.01);盐碱胁迫下稻米中的K^+、Na^+、Mg^2+、Ca^2+、P含量比非盐碱胁迫下有显著提高,但具有明显的品种间差异。In this study seven rice varieties with similar growth period were selected,and were respectively planted in rice base of Nanwaizi Township,Gongzhuling City,Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences(non saline alkali)and rice experimental field of Da'an alkaline land ecological experimental station,Chinese Academy of Sciences(saline alkali).pH,EC,Na,K,CA,Mg,P and other physical and chemical indexes were determined in rice varieties at maturity,and its content and variation were analyzed.The results show that the pH of rice under salt alkali stress was significantly higher than that under non salt alkali one,the value did not reach 7,nearly neutral,not weakly alkaline or alkaline.EC was also significantly higher than that under non saline alkali conditions with especially significant(P<0.01).The contents of K^+,Na^+,Mg^2+,Ca^2+,P in Rice under salt and alkali stress were significantly higher than those under non salt and alkali stress,and there were obvious differences among varieties.
