摘 要:抽穗期是重要的农艺性状,影响着水稻(Oryza sativa L.)的地域适应性,是受人工选择的主要目标性状之一。水稻的抽穗期受到光温等自然条件和遗传因素的共同影响。目前,在水稻中已发现的抽穗期相关QTLs共600多个,其中数十个基因已被克隆。在已克隆基因中,与光周期途径相关基因约13个。这些基因的克隆和功能解析,在一定程度上揭示了水稻抽穗期变异的分子机制。然而抽穗期的调控十分复杂,现有研究成果还不能完全解释抽穗期变异的全部机制。通过归纳总结已有研究成果,系统回顾了光周期途径相关基因的定位、克隆、基因功能以及在育种中的应用,以期为未来开展相关工作提供参考。Heading date is a key agronomic trait that affects the regional adaptability of rice(Oryza sativa L.)and is also one of the target traits artificially selected.The Heading date of rice is not only influenced by natural conditions such as light and temperature,but also influenced by the genetic factors.At present,more than 600 QTLs related to rice heading date have been found in rice,among which dozens of genes have been cloned.Among the cloned genes,there are about 13 genes related to photoperiodic pathway.The cloning and function analysis of these genes revealed the molecular mechanisms of heading date variation to some extent.However,the regulation of heading date is very complicated,and the existing research results cannot fully explain all.In this review,the location,cloning,genes'function,and breeding application of photoperiodic pathway related genes were summarized,in order to provide reference for future related work.
