穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效及RCT报告的质量评价

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的内分泌代谢疾病,因其具体的病因和发病机制尚不明确,临床上多对症治疗。穴位埋线作为一种中医非药物治疗,可改善患者肥胖情况、调节体内激素水平。为评价穴位埋线治疗PCOS的疗效和RCT报告质量,综述近10年来国内关于穴位埋线治疗PCOS的临床研究报道,并运用STRICTA标准评价相关RCT文献质量。穴位埋线治疗PCOS能改善患者的体重指数、激素水平、排卵周期、血脂指标,疗效明确。穴位埋线治疗PCOS的RCT试验中缺乏对操作的详细描述。在临床可使用穴位埋线治疗PCOS,疗效尚佳。目前穴位埋线治疗PCOS的RCT报告存在临床试验的设计缺陷、报告质量参差不齐等问题,影响研究结果的可信度和参考价值。为提高针灸临床随机试验可靠性和质量,建议在今后进行临床试验设计、执行、文献报告时,严格遵守执行现行针灸治疗规范国家标准和STRICTA标准。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine and metabolic disease.Its specific etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear,so it is clinically targeted for symptomatic treatment.Acupoint embedding as a non-pharmacological treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the obesity index of patients and regulate the hormone levels in the body.To evaluate the efficacy of acupoint embedding therapy for PCOS and the quality of RCT reports,the article reviewed the clinical studies on efficacy of acupoint embedding in the treatment of PCOS in the past decade.At the same time,the quality of the relevant randomized controlled trials was evaluated by the STRICTA standard.Acupoint embedding treatment of PCOS can improve the body mass index,hormone level,ovulation cycle,blood lipid index,and the curative effect is clear.There is a lack of detailed description of the operation in acupoint embedding treatment RCT trials for PCOS.The use of acupoint embedding in the treatment of PCOS can be applied in clinical practice.At present,there are problems in the quality of RCT literature reports of acupoint embedding treatment for PCOS,such as defects in experimental design and uneven quality of reports,which affects the credibility and reference value of the research results.In order to improve the reliability and quality of acupuncture clinical randomized trials,it is recommended to strictly comply with the current national standards for acupuncture treatment and the STRICTA standards in clinical for trial design,implementation,and literature reporting.
