摘  要:我国废钢产量大且高炉炉料以重污染的烧结矿为主,为了提高废钢利用率和减少炉料中烧结矿比例,文中利用多流体数学模型对高炉加装废钢工艺进行研究。针对820 m3的高炉(高炉铁水产量2950 t/d),考察了矿批中不加废钢(正常炉况)、额外加3.2 t(约12%)的废钢、加装3.2 t废钢并减少不同量(0.8、1.6、2.4、3.2、4.0 t)烧结矿7种工况下的高炉冶炼行为,并对高炉铁水产量、炉顶煤气温度、煤气利用率等高炉技术经济指标进行分析。研究结果表明,矿批中额外加入废钢,会影响高炉顺行。在添加废钢的同时减少矿批中烧结矿的含量,会使高炉炉况趋近正常水平。高炉加装废钢最优化的工艺参数为矿批中废钢的添加量为3.2 t且烧结矿减少量为2.4 t,在此条件下,高炉炉顶煤气温度为445 K,煤气利用率为48.5%,高炉产量提高360 t/d,冶炼每吨生铁节约的焦炭为18.8 kg。The output of scrap steel is large,and the sinter which is produced with heavy pollution is the main blast furnace burden in china.For improving the effective utilization rate of scrap steel and reducing the sinter proportion,a multi-fluid mathematical model was established to study the process of adding scrap steel to blast furnace in this paper.The smelting behavior of 820 m3 blast furnace(hot metal output of blast furnace was 2950 t/d)was investigated under seven working conditions:without scrap per ton of molten iron(normal furnace condition),with an additional 3.2 t(about 12%)of scrap,with addition of 3.2 tons of scrap and reduction of different quantities(0.8,1.6,2.4,3.2,4.0 tons)of sinter in the ore batch.The technical and economic indexes,such as the output of molten iron,the temperature of furnace top gas,and the utilization rate of gas were analyzed in the model.The simulated results showed that,the addition of scrap in the ore batch affected the smooth operation of blast furnace.When adding fixed scrap steel and reducing different amount of sinter led the blast furnace to the normal level.When added 3.2 tons of scrap in the ore batch and the reduced amount of sinter reached 2.4 tons,the process of adding scrap steel to blast furnace was the most reasonable.Under this condition,the top gas temperature of blast furnace was 445 K,the utilization rate of gas was 48.5%,the output of blast furnace was increased by 360 t/d,and the coke saved in smelting per ton of pig iron was 18.8 kg.
