摘　　要：针对SWRCH22A线材拉拔过程中出现断裂的质量问题,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析手段,对拉拔钢丝断裂原因进行分析。分析结果表明:SWRCH22A线材拉拔断裂的原因有拉拔润滑不良、表面增碳、心部大尺寸不变形非金属夹杂物、组织异常等。To study the quality problem of fracture occurrence during SWRCH22A wire drawing,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the causes.The analysis results showed that the causes for fracture occurrence during SWRCH22A wire drawing included poor drawing lubrication,surface carbonization,non-metallic inclusions of large size in the heart and tissue abnormalities.
